Shipping policy
The Seventh Stitch aims to deliver your order quickly and securely.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe
- Orders received and confirmed before 4:00 PM are shipped on the same day.
- Orders received after 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day.
- All orders are shipped after proper verification and payment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,990.
- Orders below Rs. 2,990 will incur standard delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
All shipments are dispatched through reliable traceable courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your order status using the provided tracking link.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- BaadMay – Easy Installments
For all prepaid orders (Card, Bank Transfer, or Installments), please select PayFast at checkout.
Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance payment or security deposit may be required.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to ship all orders on time, occasional delays may occur during peak periods such as Eid, festive seasons, or major sales events. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
