All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or returns for any purchase.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for online purchases and 15 days of purchase for in-store purchases, provided the item meets all the following conditions:
- The product is in its absolute original condition
- Original tags attached and uncut
- Original packaging intact
- No signs of use, wear, or alteration
Online Purchases
You may exchange your item using one of the following two options:
Option 1: Doorstep Exchange (Charged Service) Our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep and deliver the new item. Service Charge: Rs. 290
To proceed: WhatsApp us at 0323-9994001 with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Product you wish to exchange
- New product required (size & color)
- Reason for exchange
Please attach a clear video of the item with tags attached and in original condition.
Note: A second exchange on the same order will incur a fee of Rs. 500.
Option 2: Self-Return (Free Service) Send the item back using a traceable courier service (TCS, Leopard Courier, etc.) along with:
- Original receipt
- Original tags attached/uncut
- Complete original packaging

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased from our physical store can be exchanged within 15 days with the original receipt, tags attached, and in unworn/original condition. No cash refunds are provided for in-store purchases.
Important Conditions
- Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices will be exchanged at the current selling price only.
- If a discount code was used on the original order, it cannot be reused on the exchanged item.
- Non-exchangeable items include: Fragrances, Jewelry, Undergarments, Sunglasses, Belts, Bags, and all Accessories.
- Any claim for damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store). If approved, a store credit/coupon of equal value will be issued, redeemable only on theseventhstitch.com.
- All exchanges and claims may take 7–14 business days for processing.
- Items that appear used, washed, altered, or misused will not be accepted for exchange.
